Cosmetic Regulation
Specialist

Simplify your market launch

You are a cosmetics company, but perhaps also active in dietary supplements or medical devices. You want to certify your health products in compliance with regulatory specifications (Public Health Code, ISO Standards, European Regulation), Reguloo can help you. Our added value lies in our expertise across all product statuses and our experience working with health authorities (ANSM, DGCCRF), enabling us to support you with all your products, future developments, and help you avoid risks of product reclassification.

Your brand is unique

Each cosmetics brand offers a range of beauty or hygiene products with its own specific formulations. Some products may require the addition of chemical substances (e.g. sunscreens with chemical filters); these are conventional cosmetics, which represent a large share of the market. Other products made with natural or organic ingredients will be considered natural or organic cosmetics and may require certification from organizations such as Ecocert or Cosmebio, which define the list of permitted ingredients to qualify for their label. These types of products are widely developed in the cosmetics industry, but it's not always easy to navigate the world of ingredients, raw materials, logos, labels, and organic certification. Reguloo is here to guide you. Some companies will have complex formulations requiring real expertise in cosmetology in order to produce high-quality finished products (balms, anti-aging, three-phase solutions). But all cosmetic lab products, whether natural or conventional, must meet cosmetic quality standards and comply with good manufacturing practices, with one key aspect to implement: traceability. Reguloo can help you meet these requirements, whether you're a start-up or a small/medium business.

Regulatory support and guidance

Before selling cosmetic products, and especially before placing them on the market—all products must be notified on the European CPNP portal. To do so, each cosmetics company must have full control over product composition, active ingredients, raw materials, packaging, manufacturing practices, use of preservatives or not, and must have carried out a safety assessment and built the Product Information File (PIF). At Reguloo, we can support you with these steps. We can liaise directly with your manufacturer to ensure follow-up and implementation of the PIF. We can audit your current PIFs and update them. We can also help you build your own PIF and handle the European notification. We can notify your activity to the ANSM.
We can also train you and your teams on regulatory fundamentals so that you can manage these aspects internally. We work remotely, simply, without stress, and without disrupting your busy daily schedule.
